Where are my photographs?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is 'My Photos'?
'My Photos' are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the 'Find Gallery' link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in 'My Pictures'.
If an image is shown in black and white or sepia do I have to order it that way?
No. You will see a link with each portrait size that says 'Click to view color and paper-type options'. Click that link and you will see optional menus for paper color and / or paper type.
Since all images are originally shot in color, you can pick the option that best suits your tastes. Proofing is done in a mix of color, black and white, sepia, and digital enhancements just to give you an idea of what is possible. They are not forced choices.
If you want to make sure a special color type or technique is used on an image (or a color from another image is used on the one you're selecting), just make sure to fill out this section in great detail: 'Enter in notes or if you would like to add custom text to this image.' Please be as specific as possible!
How do I build a storyboard, photo package, or brag album?
Click the thumbnail of an image you would like to appear in one of these products. Look for the product(s) you wish under 'Portrait Collections' ('step one' below) and click the link.
At the next page, select your package choice and quantity ('step two' below). Then select the 'Add to Cart' button. (The number of images you can add to each product is preset.) You will be taken back to the image you previously selected. Scroll back to the 'Portrait Collections' section and click the link to your selected package name ('step three' below).
Check where you would like the image to appear, and use the pull-down menu (if applicable to your package) for additional options ('step four' below). Then follow the step-by-step instructions outlined in the box below. Continue to add the number of available photographs to your collection in the same manner until your portrait collection is complete.
You will be able to see your selected pictures together to be certain you have chosen the correct images. You will not be allowed to add more photographs than the particular collection allows for simplicity's sake, but you can remove and swap images during this process if you change your mind.

Can you explain how my online proofs will differ from the actual print-sizes?

IMPORTANT PROOF VIEWING INFORMATION
• all images that I take are copyrighted by me and federal law protects photographers and their work - there are fines and penalties for those who do not adhere to these laws, so please respect my work by not copying or printing my images either for personal or commercial use
• all portfolio prices are guaranteed 30 days from the date of our session
• print credits are only valid within 2 weeks of proof receipt
• please note these are just proofs - final touch-ups, professional color correction and editing, blemish removal, skin-evening and image enhancements will be applied before any image orders are printed - this includes darkening any black background, lightening of any white background, clothing touch-ups, and lighting editing - not all proofs seen here are in their final-editing state nor are they ready for print
•depending on image size ordered, some cropping may occur from the original proof
• if you need to view a larger version of a specific image to make your final decision, please let me know the proof number and I will put a larger digital version online
• some images might be shown with digital borders and text - it is possible to leave these off the final print - please note how you would like the image to appear in print (without border, without text, etc.)
• please note any special editing requests and I will do my best to honor them (this includes hair and skin touch-up requests, more coverage of body parts, etc.)
• photographs are printed on Kodak Professional Lustre - Lustre paper has a light water-based coating and a slight 'matte' appearance - you can also request exclusive paper-surface-textures that include linen, pebble, or embassy on Lustre prints larger than 5x7
