I can barely keep up with the inquiries for spring and summer. I am now booked solid through the end of 2010 and I do not have any more waitlist availability through August 2010 either.

Unfortunately if you're trying to book before mid-year right now, I have more people on the waitlist than I have scheduled dates.

If you are looking for a portrait session in 2011 and beyond, I am booking maternity, newborn / infant / baby, and holiday packages starting in January 2011. I am taking waitlist inquiries for August and September 2010.

Last but not least, my boys got their 'big' present a bit early this year. We have a new family member and her name is Zoé. She is a blonde American cocker spaniel puppy, born on October 11th. And of course, being my "child", she's already learning to model. You can see the photo of her below (posted by request) at baxterboo.com.

(If you have a late October, November, or early December session scheduled, please contact me if you have questions about these deadlines — some will be extended for 1-2 weeks past your session date with no penalty. Your ordering gallery login will contain more information. I cannot guarantee holiday delivery for December session orders placed after December 10th, unless otherwise notified.)

These dates are placed in effect by me because I have strict deadlines already set in place by my print labs. There is no room to bend. No exceptions.

Due to a cancellation there is now one - yes ONE - session date remaining in 2008:
November 16, 2008 (RESERVATION COMPLETED - and just like that the date is gone!)

Current clients should have recently received an e-mail promoting the Summer 2008 Canvas Sale — savings up to 37% off the normal rates — this promotion also offers the ability to put a deposit down on the gallery wrap or standard wrap canvas(es) of your choice through the end of the month. Hurry though. Once June is gone, so is the sale!

Session and holiday-session availability was very limited and was on a first-come / first-serve basis in '08. (On May 12th the following four remaining dates, now gone, were posted.)

There are now no dates left in my 2008 session booking calendar - all slots below have been filled. This includes holiday portrait events. Please contact me to be waitlisted.

Everything else is booked solid and there will be no other dates added for the 2008 regular and holiday seasons. (My books are officially closed for the 2008 year. I am accepting bookings in 2009.)

If you are a sterling or platinum package client and have a session slated for October, November, or December you are not effected by this notice.
